We use old newspapers for packing material, and pick up used cartons from a couple sources in town.
Very seldomly we buy cartons ( and these are recycled ).
Our dresscode is very relaxed, we rather wear a sweater and long johns in the winter and a simple t shirt and shorts in summer to save valuable energy in heating or cooling our workplace.
Travel used to be a big part of our business, today we still visit our customers if they like us to check in with them, but we forgo the static twice a year visit. Instead we use emails and telephone to keep customer relations on a positive level.

Our employees can buy Dahon folding bikes at a great discount in order to save gas.
We are asking all our inbound truckers to shut their engines off during unloading.
Our grass is cut only half as much as our surrounding neighbors.( which drives them nuts, but keeps the grass healthy and the gas consumption low.)
We are not " buying " carbon footprint credits but turn the lights off after we leave the room.
