Warehouse and Office for Rent

Magura USA, which occupied part of the warehouse and the office located in the warehouse, has moved to a smaller location. Currently parts of the open office are rented out short term. However, we are looking for a long term renter. Being flexible we can move our business and office around, thats why we can offer two distinctive different opportunities.
Our offices and warehouse are located at 3550 N. Union Drive, Olney, IL.

The warehouse is built to highest standards available. It is well insulated, equipped with a blower heating system, sprinkler system, etc.
We have overhead and low dock loading. The overhead door is 12' wide x 14' high. Storage height is 16.5 ft.

Warehouse # 1 is 6,959 sq.ft. Warehouse # 2 is 12,454 sq.ft.

The offices of course are air conditioned and designed stylish and functional.
Office # 1 is 1,500 sq.ft. It contains four office rooms, large conference room, kitchenette, copier room, 2 bathrooms.
Office # 2 is 1,456 sq.ft., plus additional 1,456 sq.ft. of second floor storage area for maximum weight storage of 50 lbs. per sq.ft. The office contains five separate office rooms, kitchen/breakfast room, 2 bathrooms, shower, wardrobe.
